First-time Sketchy user?
All Sketchy Medical subscriptions purchased after 12pm PST on January 21st, 2025 will reflect the updated pricing.
Current subscriber?
If auto-renew for your account’s latest subscription has remained active since before January 21st, 2025, the previous Sketchy Medical pricing is locked in for the renewal plan you have selected! You can double-check your subscription status in your account page.
If you disable auto-renew for your current subscription and it expires after January 21st 2025, any future purchases will reflect the updated pricing.
Any changes to your auto-renewal enrollment after January 21st 2025, will reflect the updated pricing.
The previous Sketchy Medical pricing cannot be restored for any individual account after 12pm PST on January 21st, 2025.
Q: What happens if I cancel my subscription and reactivate later?
A: The reactivation must have occurred before January 21st, 2025 to have locked in the previous pricing. Any reactivations after January 21st, 2025 will reflect the updated pricing.
Q: Where can I check my subscription status to confirm if my pricing was locked in?
A: Navigate to ACCOUNT > PAYMENTS.
Q: Can I change my subscription plan before the price increases?
A: Any changes to your subscription made before January 21st, 2025 will lock in the previous pricing. Any subscription changes after January 21st, 2025 will reflect the updated pricing, this includes changes to your auto-renewal term length while auto-renew remains enabled.
Expired subscriber?
All Sketchy Medical subscriptions purchased after 12pm PST on January 21st, 2025 will reflect the updated pricing. The previous Sketchy Medical pricing cannot be restored for any individual account after 12pm PST on January 21st, 2025.
Q: My subscription is set to expire after January 21st, 2025, how can I know if I have the previous pricing locked in for my account?
A: If your current Sketchy Medical subscription is set to expire after January 21st, 2025, auto-renew will have needed to been enabled before this date to lock in the previous pricing. You can double-check your subscription status in your account page.
