All promotional offers must be manually applied at checkout, a coupon code is required to be entered during the checkout process before completing the purchase. Signing-up for a trial account during an active promotional period does not guarantee the offer is automatically applied to your account upon purchase, the discount code needs to applied during the registration process. Any subsequent auto-renew charges at the end of the term will renew at the regular price.

How do I apply a coupon code to my purchase?

During the checkout process, you will need to click "Add coupon code" to apply a code to your subscription purchase. This button can be found within your Order Summary on the last page of the checkout process under "Taxes". Be sure to hit APPLY to apply the discount code to your purchase. Refer to example images below:

Please note multiple discounts cannot be applied to a single purchase or upgrades. Promotional offers cannot be applied to auto-renewing plans or the 1- or 3-month Sketchy Medical plans unless otherwise stated. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied. If payment declines during a promotional period, the discounted price will be honored for up to 72 hours after the promotion ends. After the 72-hour period has passed, the promotional price can no longer be redeemed.
