How do I sign-up for a credit card trial for Sketchy?
1. Begin the process by visiting http://dashboard.sketchy.com/account/sign-up
2. Let Sketchy set you up with the right account by filling out our short survey
3. Complete the sign-up process by selecting a plan and saving a valid method of payment
After completing these three easy steps, you will gain full access to your selected program for the next 7-days for free! You will not be charged until the end of your 7-day trial period, unless you cancel before your upcoming billing date. The charge will happen on the 7th day of your trial within the same hour your trial began, making the trial exactly 7-days long. There is also a countdown displayed on your dashboard to help you remember how much time you have left on your trial!
What happens at the end of the 7-day trial period?
Your full-access trial period will end after 7-days and your account will be charged for the subscription plan selected at sign-up to continue access until the end of your term. All subscription charges are made according to UTC timezone. The charge will happen on the 7th day of your trial within the same hour your trial began, making the trial 7-days long. You can view your upcoming billing date anytime under your ACCOUNT page at sketchy.com.
Can I cancel the credit card trial?
You can cancel your full-access trial anytime during the 7-day period before your billing date. The cancellation must occur before the 7th day before the hour your trial began. This means the 7-day does not expire at midnight on the seventh day, but within the same hour you registered. Your upcoming billing date can be viewed anytime under your ACCOUNT page at sketchy.com. All subscription charges are made at the hour of your sign-up. Canceling your credit card trial will revoke content access immediately. Any promotional discounts offered at sign-up will be lost once the promotion expires and cannot be reclaimed. All cancellations are confirmed through email. This email will serve as your receipt that confirms a successful cancellation.
Can I cancel the subscription purchase charged to my account at the end of the 7-day trial period?
Subscription purchases for our Sketchy Medical, Sketchy Pharmacy, Sketchy PA, and Sketchy Nursing programs are final sale and not eligible for full or partial refunds after the 7-day trial. Please keep in mind all subscription charges are made within the hour of your sign-up, meaning the trial is 7-days long. When does my official plan term begin?
The 7-day credit card trial period does not subtract from your term length. Subscription plans begin on the date of purchase and cannot be paused. The charge will happen on the 7th day of your trial within the same hour your trial began - this when your official subscription access begins.
Please note that subscription purchases are non-transferrable to other users. Account sharing is a violation against our Terms of Use. We do not allow the ability to pause subscriptions. Each new Sketchy user is entitled to one 7-day trial opportunity under these terms. Misuse of the credit card trial disqualifies any subscriptions charges from being refunded and subjects your account to termination. If payment declines during a promotional period, the discounted price will be honored for up to 72 hours after the promotion ends. After the 72-hour period has passed, the promotional price can no longer be redeemed.
