Student group offers cannot be applied to auto-renewing subscriptions or subscriptions purchased outside the offer period. Subscriptions purchased prior to the group or institutional discount opportunity are not eligible for refunds or partial refunds. Group deal subscriptions purchased as part of a bulk payment are ineligible for any refunds.
