We recommend using the Chrome browser to access Sketchy content if you are experiencing any quiz or video errors. If the Chrome browser is already being used, we recommend clearing your browser cache. The steps to do this can be found in our Help Center article titled, "Reset Broswer Cache". This works for most users.
