Oh no! The order may have been lost in transit. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier before reaching out to Sketchy. If you need further assistance, please contact us at sketchy@support.com, we'd be happy to help!

Please note this applies to all products purchased through the Sketchy store. We will be unable to further assist without a lost/missing package claim filed with the shipping carrier. Stolen or lost packages after delivery cannot be re-shipped without the purchase of shipping insurance - please keep this mind when placing an order.
