Does Sketchy offer the ability to pause subscriptions?

Subscriptions begin on the date of purchase. Unfortunately, Sketchy does not offer the ability to pause subscriptions for any reason other than when a leave of absence is taken. In this case, valid Leave of Absence documentation will need to be submitted to support@sketchy.com.

Please note, subscriptions that expired more than 6-months from the time you reach out to our support team cannot be extended or paused.
